1617 2nd term PLG Guideline

Topic: Healthy lifestyle

I hope you have already finished tallied your data up and have created some bar charts, so it comes to the end of the project: presentation. Here are a few things you need to know for your presentation.

Before presentation:

1. Presentation date: 26/5 (Fri) or 29/5 (Mon)

2. You don't need to present with a powerpoint/ Google Slides, unless you really want to.

3. You only need to present your results with Google Sheet (the one you made in ICT class)

4. To save our class time for opening all the 30 sheets, please do the following:

a. Merge your sheet with your groupmate(s)' sheet: Simply copy and paste your data. Put the two             sheets together.

b. Rename your sheet as: ClassClassnumberClassnumber, for example: 3H0104

c. Share your sheet with Ms Koci (3H only): kocixu@gmail.com. Share with Mrs Man (3L and 3K): joyman236@gmail.com.

d. If you have any difficulties, Mr Raymond will help during the ICT class on 25/5 (Thursday)(3H).

During presentation:

5. Presentation time is 2-4 mins per group.

6. No points will be deducted if you can't finish your presentation in 4 minutes. Please do not worry.

7. All we want to know is whether you understand why you are asking those questions and how they       relate your topic.

8. Please note that this is a group work. Points will be taken off if one of you didn't participate in the       project.

9. You may prepare a script if you think it can help. We don't need a copy.

10. Speak loudly and clearly.

After presentation:

11. If you do think your groupmate didn't make any contribution, you may write a piece of note and         hand it to us (Mrs Man and myself)  before I finalize the mark.
